"If I could give more stars I would. I called for service on my washer in the morning and a service technician was at my home for the repair by the afternoon. Other companies had a wait time of 3-4 days. The technician was nice and did a great job. To have service this prompt was worth paying a little extra. Well worth it in my opinion."
