We recently called another company before them who came dismantled my washer said he will need to order a part and never came back, reaching them was very hard. So we tried calling another company - Wilmerding Appliance Repair. They immediately scheduled us for the same day, while on the phone I told them the part the previous technician said he will get. Our tech (Theodore) was professional, friendly, and gave us clear options for our refrigerator. He didn't simply have us throw parts/labor (read - money) at a guess.
