Our tech (Theodore) was professional, friendly, and gave us clear options for our refrigerator. He didn't simply have us throw parts/labor (read - money) at a guess. "If I could give more stars I would. I called for service on my washer in the morning and a service technician was at my home for the repair by the afternoon.
