We recently called another company before them who came dismantled my washer said he will need to order a part and never came back, reaching them was very hard. So we tried calling another company - Wilmerding Appliance Repair. They immediately scheduled us for the same day, while on the phone I told them the part the previous technician said he will get. They came on time, with the part, did their own diagnosis and installed the part. It has been weeks and our Samsung washer is still running without a problem since them. Hats off to this company, and thanks for finishing the job left by the other company."
