Our tech (Theodore) was professional, friendly, and gave us clear options for our refrigerator. He didn't simply have us throw parts/labor (read - money) at a guess. Unfortunately our fridge was beyond reasonable repair, but I still give these folks 5 stars. They did their best and will be on the top of our list."
