They came on time, with the part, did their own diagnosis and installed the part. It has been weeks and our Samsung washer is still running without a problem since them. Our tech (Theodore) was professional, friendly, and gave us clear options for our refrigerator. He didn't simply have us throw parts/labor (read - money) at a guess.
