Other companies had a wait time of 3-4 days. The technician was nice and did a great job. To have service this prompt was worth paying a little extra. Well worth it in my opinion."

Our tech (Theodore) was professional, friendly, and gave us clear options for our refrigerator. He didn't simply have us throw parts/labor (read - money) at a guess.
