So we tried calling another company - Wilmerding Appliance Repair. They immediately scheduled us for the same day, while on the phone I told them the part the previous technician said he will get. They came on time, with the part, did their own diagnosis and installed the part. It has been weeks and our Samsung washer is still running without a problem since them. "The initial impression was great. The scheduler took down our issue and we were notified of the techs arrival 30 minutes prior as expected. Our tech (Theodore) was professional, friendly, and gave us clear options for our refrigerator. He didn't simply have us throw parts/labor (read - money) at a guess.
