"The initial impression was great. The scheduler took down our issue and we were notified of the techs arrival 30 minutes prior as expected. Our tech (Theodore) was professional, friendly, and gave us clear options for our refrigerator. He didn't simply have us throw parts/labor (read - money) at a guess. Unfortunately our fridge was beyond reasonable repair, but I still give these folks 5 stars. They did their best and will be on the top of our list."

So we tried calling another company - Wilmerding Appliance Repair. They immediately scheduled us for the same day, while on the phone I told them the part the previous technician said he will get.
